STEPS TO RID YOURSELF OF DEMONS

Most folk today are in a hurry and will not take the time to study all of the information on this website. For those of you in a hurry here are the basic steps to deep healing, very concise.
Exercise these with care (Acts 19:15-ff).

             REPENT

Repent means to stop and turn around fron the direction you are currently following. Stop doing what you are doing that is causing you distress.

          RENOUNCE

Terminate any claims that you have given to the evil ne to be allowed into your life to cause you distress. You must formally declare abondonment of any claims that the evil one has over you.

             RESTORE

Reestablish all things in Chrsit that have been previosuly broken or destroyed by the evil one working in you. Seek forgiveness and be preapred to give in freely. Rebuild and repair those things broken by your actions. The Holy Spirit is available to help you - do not hesitate to ask for assistance.

               REPAIR

Things that have become corrupted or broken by the works of the evil one can be repaired -- you must act to repair those things that have been corrupted by the actions of the evil one in you. People are fragile and this is a good place to begin -- again ask the Holy Spirit to guide you through this process.

        RE-ARM

Christ has provided us with everything we need to have sucess in the on-going battle with evil. Described in the Bible are six pieces consisting of the belt of truth, breastplate of righteousness, shoes of the gospel of peace, shield of faith, helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit. This "armor" is seen as a way for believers to be prepared for spiritual battles against sin and evil.

Pray without ceasing.
Your prayers for yourself and others changes things.
Your words have power and you have the authority.
Command the demons to flee and they will abandon you.

"Resist the devil and he will flee from you"

is a command from the Bible, specifically James 4:7, encouraging believers to stand against the temptations and deceptions of the devil. This act of resistance involves submitting to God first and then, with the authority given through faith in Jesus, taking a stand against Satan's schemes, causing him to retreat.

Dear Heavenly Father,

my Defender and Strength,

By the power of Jesus' name,

I declare this truth:

every weapon against me is destroyed. The blood of Jesus covers my whole life-fear vanishes, curses fall,

and no darkness can win.

Satan, I speak to you in Jesus' name-

get out of my thoughts,

my health,

my house,

and my purpose!

Your plans are undone.

Your voice is muted.

You hold no power over me.

Lord,

let Your angels surround me with fire.

Fill every place with Your light.

Give me boldness.

Keep me rooted in Your truth.

I belong to You, not to fear.

And I won't keep this to myself-

this prayer is for someone else too.

In Jesus' powerful name, Amen.
